Welcome to Orlight! We are building a comprehensive digital ecosystem designed to integrate seamlessly into your daily life. Our services currently include a search engine, email, messaging, and calling functionalities, with many more to come. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Orlight websites, services, and applications (collectively, the "Services").

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or relating to the subject matter of these Terms shall be finally settled in the courts of Istanbul, Turkey. This does not affect your mandatory rights under the consumer protection laws in your country of residence.
